A. The size is based on the tallest capital letter height even if there are no capital letters in your lettering for

| Q. I need my line of lettering to be an exact length how do I do this ? |

line length to what you need. Order that size of lettering and in the shopping cart were it says " Any special instructions for your order include them in the box below " enter line length to be XXX mm |

| Q. I want my lettering to be a size that you do not have listed ? |
A. Order the next size up i.e. if you want 65mm lettering order 75mm high lettering and in the shopping cart
were it says " Any special instructions for your order include them in the box below " enter the size you want |

| Q. How much will my lettering cost ? |
A. You can check the cost by entering your lettering into the order form and clicking on the Calculate Button
this will give you the cost of the line of lettering you entered before you place the order into the shopping cart |

| Q. Can I order and pay over the phone ? |
| A. No we can not accept orders or payment for orders over the telephone, we are strictly an online service |

| Q. Can we supply other sign products not shown on your website ? |
| A. We may be able to, please use the contact us form to let us know exactly what your requirements are |

| Q. How long will it take to produce my order ? |
| A. All orders of vinyl lettering and graphics are dispatched by Royal Mail Letter Post the next working day. |

| Q. How long will it take to deliver my order ? |
A. The Royal Mail aims to deliver first class letters or packets the next working day including saturday but
this is not guaranteed. see Production and Delivery for more information |

| Q. How much is your delivery charge ? |
| A. Orders under £37.00 a £3.29 delivery charge applies, orders over £36.00 there is no delivery charge at all. |

| Q. Can I remove the lettering if need to ? |
A. Yes warm the lettering up with a hair dryer or hot water to soften the glue and them peel it off. Once the
lettering has been removed you will not be able to reuse the lettering again. |
