Orders of vinyl lettering & graphics are sent by 1st class Royal Mail the next working day ( Monday - Friday )
If your order is not received within 7 working days please inform us and allow us a further 7 working days to
trace the order. If we can not trace your order after 14 working days from the original dispatch date we will
reprocesses and dispatch the order to you again completely free of charge |

We take great care to process your order correctly. If we spot any possible errors in your order we will contact
you by email to check, confirm and then rectify any possible errors. This is a free service and as such we can
not be held responsible for any errors you have made in your order that we fail to spot and rectify. |
