  Images supplied to us for re-production or conversion must be owned by you the customer.  In the event
 of a dispute arising due to ownership of any image, provided by you, then you will be entirely liable.

 Payment
 We ask for full payment at the time of order. We accept payments by credit / debit card online only
 by Paypal or Nochex. We will also accept cheques by prior arrangement. All goods remain the 
 property of Dawson Signs until paid for in full. WE are not vat registered so please do not add Vat.  

 Delivery
 Products are dispatched by Royal Mail and we only supply customers who have U.K. Post Code.

 Liability 
 We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss arising from late delivery. If you need a product
 for a specific date, please order early. Our liability will be limited to replacement of faulty products only.

 Warranty
 We take the greatest care in the manufacture of our products and use high quality materials
 The life of any sign product however, especially banners, is determined to a great extent by the way in 
 which they are fitted. We give no guarantee on any product not fitted by ourselves.

 Proofs 
 A proof will be supplied by email before production begins, where the product / service includes a proof
 in the description but only after an order has been received and paid for in full. We will not start production
 until you the customer have approved the proof we send you.

 Returning Goods
 Where products or goods are returned due to incorrect ordering there will be  a 10% handling charge

 Cancellation of Orders 
 If you cancel your order after work has started, you will be liable to pay for the completed part of the
 order and a 10% handling charge. Minimum charge £25:00
